Change Management

Course Details

No. of days: 0.5 - 2 days; No. of Participants: 10-30

The Leading Successful Change modules are geared to appeal to leaders who are setting the change strategy or sponsoring projects.

Implementing Change training sessions are designed for people who are responsible for implementing change and getting people ready to be able to realise the value and benefits of a specific project. Project managers and change leads would be obvious delegates or operational managers who are empowered to drive change in their area.

Help your team Cope with Change courses will suit people managers and will give them the skills and confidence to support their people through the Change Curve.

Positive Strategies to Survive Change - as individuals it’s sometimes hard to know how best to cope with the challenges of change. The topics covered in these sessions provide a wealth of thought-provoking ways to be positive about change.
