Course Overview
As a manager it can be hard to juggle your day-to-day with leading and inspiring your team.
Organisations have a responsibility to look after their people - of course they do - but coping with change is very personal. How you respond to change will depend on your individual circumstances - where you are in your career, what’s going on at home and your dreams and hopes.
This course is heavily focused on how individuals can develop strategies not only to cope with and survive change but also to find ways to flourish, become more resilient and make better decisions.
The Positive Strategies to Survive Change is designed to:
Help individuals understand different types of change
Learn how to see the positives when faced with change
Encourage delegates to learn through interactive exercises, games and discussion about their specific projects and issues - even on Zoom!
Attendees will receive a workbook and a number of useful templates and primers to help when they go back to work.
