I have designed this cost calculator to help project managers or change leads have a useful conversation with budget holders to help them understand the importance of factoring in the people side of change - and the hidden costs if you don’t.

You can change the input values and move the sliders to create some ‘what if’ scenarios for your project. For example, what if the adoption rate is only 10%; what if you have to rework the training and comms for 30% of the people impacted.
