Overview
My culture change workshops are designed to help individuals, teams and organisations get better results by shaping the culture that they want. Most customers opt for a pick and mix approach from the list of topics. Depending on your current priorities I will design specific sessions to tackle the most pressing business issues that you are facing.
Culture is a huge, many-layered topic and in a lot of organisations you will hear people blame the culture for many problems.
You have a choice:
1) you could wait for someone else to plan and fund a culture programme (which might be the right thing for your organisation) or
2) you could make a start and explore some universal concepts through my thought-provoking workshops

Accreditation - if you are interested in including Organisational Culture as part of a wider management qualification, please let me know and we can build that into your programme.
