Course Overview
The role of the Change Lead in a project is as important as that of the Project Manager.
The people side of change can often be left too late or missed out altogether in many projects.
The Implementing Change course is designed to help change practitioners support the project manager and sponsor deliver long term benefits.
All courses are designed to encourage delegates to learn through interactive exercises, games and discussion about their specific projects and issues - even on Zoom!
Attendees will receive a workbook and a number of useful templates and primers to help when they go back to work.
Accreditation - if you are interested in including Change Management knowledge and skills as part of a wider professional qualification, please let me know and we can build that into your programme.
