Learn Change - Making the learning stick
I am a great believer in insight-based learning. Some topics are necessarily quite theoretical and need a ‘tell’ type approach, but what I have found works best is to run sessions where the delegates gain the insight into the learning through an exercise or a game followed by discussion and reflection. I encourage delegates to write down their own insights at the end of each module. The act of writing something down already becomes the first step towards applying the learning once the training session is over.
