Course Overview

One of the reasons so many projects fail to deliver what is promised is that the people who are expected to work differently as a result of a change initiative are not involved early enough.

This course is heavily focused on the role of the manager and the vital contribution they make in preparing their teams for and delivering successful change.

The ‘Help Your Team Cope with Change’ course is designed to:

  • Help managers gain skills as ‘change managers’ that will complement their technical and operational competencies

  • Encourage delegates to learn through interactive exercises, games and discussion about their specific projects and issues - even on Zoom!

  • Attendees will receive a workbook and a number of useful templates and primers to help when they go back to work.
