Leading Successful Change

Is this course for you?

  • Successful change requires strong leadership. Leaders are usually very busy and may not understand what it takes to ‘walk the talk’ in the context of a change programme.

  • Delegates will learn new skills to add to their leadership capabilities so that their teams feel motivated and inspired to participate in change initiatives.

  • The Leading Successful Change course provides leaders with insight about the importance of their role as influencers when it comes to delivering change in an organisation. The focus is very much on the people side of change.

Interactive and engaging

  • All courses are designed to encourage delegates to learn through interactive exercises, games and discussion about their specific projects and issues - even on Zoom!

  • Attendees will receive a workbook and a number of useful templates and primers to help when they go back to work.

Accreditation is an option

If you are interested in including Change Management knowledge and skills as part of a wider leadership or management qualification, please let me know and we can build that into your programme. Learn Change has an association with Crescente which is an accredited CMI training acdemy.
